Not the right fit? Size exchanges are easy. Here's exactly how it works.

Free size exchanges — 30 days

If your belt or bag doesn't fit the way you hoped, we'll exchange it for a different size free within 30 days of delivery. The item needs to be unworn and in its original condition. Email support@bellvari.ca and we'll send the exchange details.

Refunds

Prefer a refund? You have 30 days. Return the unworn item in its original condition and we'll refund your order. For refunds, return shipping is on you — we only cover shipping on size exchanges. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund goes back to your original payment method within a few business days.

What we can't take back

Anything worn, used, or damaged after delivery, and anything sent back after 30 days. Everyday wear and patina aren't defects — that's the leather doing its job. If something is genuinely faulty, that's covered under our lifetime warranty.
