SHIPPING POLICY

At Bellvari Leather, we ship every order with care from our Mississauga, Ontario studio.

PROCESSING & HANDLING
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and Canadian statutory holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

FREE SHIPPING — CANADA & UNITED STATES
Free standard shipping on every order to Canada and the United States. No minimum order value, no weight limit. Express shipping via Canada Post or Purolator is also available — rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES
• Canada — Standard: 5–8 business days
• Canada — Express (Canada Post or Purolator): 1–3 business days
• United States — Standard: 5–10 business days
• United States — Express (Canada Post Xpresspost USA): 2–5 business days

Delivery delays may occur due to weather, carrier capacity, or customs processing.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES (US orders)
Import duties and taxes are not currently collected at checkout — they may be charged by the carrier on delivery. Bellvari Leather Inc is a Canadian company, and most of our products may qualify for preferential treatment under CUSMA, which can reduce or eliminate duty in many cases.

ORDER TRACKING
Tracking numbers are emailed once your order ships. You can track using the link in your shipment confirmation email.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package is marked delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 7 days at support@bellvari.ca and we'll help open a carrier investigation. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days with photos of the product and packaging and we'll make it right.

SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't reroute packages once they've shipped. To update an address before your order ships, email support@bellvari.ca.
