REFUND POLICY

RETURNS

• 30-day return window from delivery date
• Item must be unworn/unused, with tags, in original packaging
• Customer pays return shipping (not refundable)
• Returns sent to: Bellvari Leather Inc, Unit R202A - 5100 Erin Mills Pkwy, Mississauga, ON L5M 4Z5
• To start a return, email support@bellvari.ca

You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@bellvari.ca if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain items cannot be returned:
• Custom or personalized products (engravings, special orders)
• Personal care goods
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
• Final sale items
• Gift cards

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to get the item you want: return the original (once accepted), then place a separate order for the new item.


EUROPEAN UNION 30-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

If your order ships to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days for any reason, with or without justification. The item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase required.


REFUNDS

We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Banks and credit card companies can take additional time to process and post the refund — that part isn't on our end.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't seen the refund, contact us at support@bellvari.ca.
