Full-grain leather, up close

The material

Full-grain. Full strength.

Most "leather" belts are shredded offcuts glued back together. They crack, peel, and end up in a drawer inside two years.

We start with the toughest, tightest cut of the hide and leave it whole. It breaks in. It doesn't break down. Ten years from now it'll look like it earned every mark, because it did.

Buy it once and wear it for years. Over its life it costs less than the cheap belts you keep replacing.

  • Full-grain, never bondedThe top cut of the hide. Not glued scraps dressed up as leather.
  • Made in OntarioCut, stitched, and edge-finished by hand in our Mississauga workshop.
  • Guaranteed for lifeAgainst defects in material or workmanship. Wear and patina aren't defects. That's the leather doing its job.

The top cut of the hide. Not scraps glued and stamped to look like leather. It creases and patinas instead of peeling.

2

Single-prong metal buckle

One clean prong, in an antique or polished metal finish. No plastic core, no flex. It sits flat and stays put.

3

A full 4.2 mm thick

Most belts are 2–3 mm and go limp. This is 4.2 mm of full-grain. It holds its shape and breaks in instead of breaking down.

4
