Three details that separate Bellvari from the rest.
Full-grain leather, metal hardware, and reinforced strap anchors. Made in Canada by a Canadian-owned brand.
Full-Grain Leather
The strongest part of the hide. Brown is oil-tanned pull-up. It lightens at creases and darkens at touch points, so the bag tells your story back to you. Black is pebbled: subtler grain, holds its color year after year. Never bonded, never PU, never plastic.
Reinforced Stress Points
Every strap junction and zipper anchor is reinforced and double-stitched, so the stitch distributes load instead of concentrating it. Every cut edge is hand-finished and sealed against sweat and rain. The points cheap bags fail first are the points we over-build.
Metal Hardware
Antique brass on the Brown variant, polished silver on the Black. Metal zipper pulls complement the leather and are easy to grip.

Every load-bearing junction (strap anchor, zipper end, gusset corner) is reinforced and double-stitched. Every cut edge is hand-buffed and edge-painted, sealed against sweat and weather. The points cheap bags fail first.
Without: single-stitched anchors tear under load; raw-cut edges fuzz into a grey halo by season two.

Questions, answered straight.
Will it be cheaper on Black Friday?
No. Early access is the Black Friday price. The bundles hold this price all season, while they last.
Will it arrive by Christmas?
Order by Dec 10 for Christmas delivery in Canada. In-stock items ship in 1–2 business days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
Will my phone (with case) fit?
Yes. The main compartment swallows a 6.7" phone (iPhone 15/16 Pro Max, Pixel 9 Pro, Galaxy S Ultra) with a slim or standard case. Thick rugged cases (OtterBox Defender-class) may be tight. Galaxy Z Fold and Pixel Fold fit when folded.
What fits inside?
The Nomad has a listed 2 L capacity for everyday essentials. What fits together depends on the size of your phone, wallet, glasses case and other items. Use the real interior photos to compare your carry.
Toronto winter: salt, slush, freezing rain. Will it survive?
Yes, with one ritual. Pull-up leather on the Brown variant + the pebbled finish on Black both shed water and salt better than untreated leather, but no leather is waterproof. Wipe salt off the same day it lands (warm damp cloth, no soap). Condition once before winter starts and once in March. Done correctly, the bag patinas through ten winters; done incorrectly, salt etches white lines that don't come out. The included care guide spells it out.
Will it smell like a chemical factory for two months?
No. Cheap PU and bonded leather treated with industrial oils smell for 4–6 weeks of airing. Full-grain pull-up tanned with traditional oils smells like leather: a warm, faint, satisfying smell that fades to barely-there inside the first week. If it ever smells fishy or chemical, that's a fault. Send it back.
How do I check the strap fit?
The strap adjusts for crossbody or waist carry. Fit depends on your body, how high you wear the bag, and layers such as a coat. If you need a particular strap length, email support@bellvari.ca before ordering so we can check it.
Leather strap on bare skin in summer: does it stick, chafe, or sweat?
Leather changes feel as it breaks in. Comfort against bare skin depends on the fit, your load and the weather. Adjust the strap to avoid rubbing, or wear it over a layer.
Can I wear it at the waist?
Yes. The adjustable strap supports waist or crossbody carry. The tapered body sits close to your hip or chest; adjust it for your clothing and what you pack.
Is this a men's bag?
No — it's unisex. The strap adjusts fully, and it's worn crossbody or at the waist. Our photos have mostly shown men, which is on us.
Left-handed / reversible strap?
Yes. The strap is symmetrical and the body is mirrored. The front zip works whether you wear it on the right or left hip, crossbody either shoulder.
Stays put when I sprint for a train?
It is designed for everyday crossbody or waist carry. How securely it sits while moving depends on the adjustment and what you pack.
Fits over a winter coat?
Fit over a coat depends on your body and the thickness of the layers. Adjust the strap for the way you intend to wear it. Email support@bellvari.ca before ordering if you need a particular strap length.
What fastening and zipper hardware does it use?
The Nomad uses an adjustable slider buckle and metal zipper pulls. See the close-up strap and hardware photos for the construction. Manufacturing defects are covered by the lifetime warranty.
Buying as a gift, will they wear it?
It suits someone who wants a compact bag for daily essentials such as a phone, wallet and keys. Check the real photos and 2 L capacity against what they usually carry. For gift-fit help, email support@bellvari.ca before ordering.
What does the lifetime warranty actually cover?
Manufacturing defects for as long as you own the bag: stitching, hardware, leather integrity. Repair-first; replacement if a repair isn't possible. Doesn't cover normal wear, misuse, accidental damage, or cosmetic aging of the leather (patina is a feature, not a defect). Email us a photo, we sort it.

Free standard shipping to Canada and the US. Applicable taxes and US import duties are shown at checkout.
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. You cover return postage.
Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind. Contact support@bellvari.ca if an item arrives damaged or the engraving differs from your confirmed design.
