Already have a belt that fits?
Measure from the leather fold at the buckle to the hole you use most. Choose the range containing that measurement. If it falls between ranges, choose the next range up. Do not add another 2 inches to a measured belt.

Questions, answered straight.
How do I pick the right size?
Add 2 inches to your pants waist, then choose the belt range that includes that number. If it falls between ranges, choose the next range up. For example: a 34-inch pants waist means choosing 36–38. Available sizes vary by style.
Need another belt size? Contact us within 30 days of delivery. You cover the return postage; we ship the replacement size free.
How does the Buy 1, Get 1 Free deal work?
Add 2 belts to your cart — same belt or different models — and the lower-priced belt comes off free automatically at checkout. No code needed. Buy 4 and 2 are free; 6 and 3 are free.
Will the belt fit through standard pant loops?
The strap is 1.5 inches (38 mm) wide. Compare that width with the usable opening of your trouser loops before ordering. Narrow dress-trouser loops may need a slimmer belt.
Buying as a gift but don't know their size?
Check their pants waist if you can, then use the size guide before ordering. If you need help choosing a gift size, email support@bellvari.ca.
For a belt size exchange, contact us within 30 days of delivery with the order number. The belt must be unused, in its original condition, with tags and packaging. You cover return postage; we ship the replacement size free.
What's the buckle made of?
A 40mm single-prong buckle in a polished gunmetal finish. It's held on with two Chicago screws, so you can unscrew it and swap or replace the buckle without retiring the strap. If you have a specific metal sensitivity, email us before ordering and we'll help.
Can I shorten the belt myself?
Yes. The buckle is held on by two Chicago screws. Unscrew them, trim the leather to length with a sharp knife or scissors, and screw the buckle back on. Takes 5 minutes. Or take it to any cobbler for a $5 trim.
Will it feel stiff at first?
Yes, and that's how you know it's real full-grain leather. The belt is firm out of the box. It softens and molds to your body within 2–3 weeks of daily wear.
What does this belt pair with?
The black and gunmetal combo is the most versatile in our lineup. It pairs with black dress shoes, derbies, oxfords, and most casual loafers. The dark gunmetal hardware works with metal watch straps and modern jewelry. For brown or casual, see our Tradesman Brown.
How does the leather age over time?
Full-grain leather darkens at the wear points (the buckle hole you use most, the bend through the loop) and lightens where it flexes. After a year, the belt has a unique patina that maps to how YOU wear it. After five years, it's heirloom-grade. The first scuff is the worst it'll ever look.
How do I care for it?
Wipe with a dry cloth as needed. Condition every 6 months with a conditioner made for full-grain leather. If wet, blot dry and air-dry naturally. Avoid prolonged direct sun or extreme heat.
Is it water-resistant?
Light splashes are fine. The leather has natural water resistance. It is not waterproof, so don't soak it. If it gets caught in heavy rain, blot with a soft cloth and let it air-dry naturally. Do not apply heat (no hairdryers, no radiators).
Shipping & returns?
Free standard shipping to Canada and the US. Applicable taxes and US import duties are shown at checkout.
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. You cover return postage.

What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Lifetime against manufacturing defects. Does not cover normal wear, misuse, accidental damage, or cosmetic aging of leather.
